In order to complete our membership application process for the Dutchess County Medical Society and the Medical Society of the State of New York, we need the following information:
- A copy of a certificate of completion of Residency or a copy of a letter from the hospital administrator confirming completion of an approved Residency.
- A copy of your Registration Certificate issued by the State Education Department, with your current office address listed (one for each office location if applicable).
- A copy of your Board Certification (if applicable).
- Dues payment for both the county and state societies made payable to the Dutchess County Medical Society.
About MSSNY Membership
Membership is unified and a physician must join the MSSNY and the
DCMS. Membership in the American Medical Association (AMA) is optional, but we urge you to extend your membership to include the national arm of your federation of organized medicine.
