You may search on a member name, specialty or zip code, or any
combination of the three. Searching using all three
options will result in a more refined result and minimize
search time. To view all members beginning with a certain
letter, just enter the first letter of the provider's last
name and then click on search. You must select at least one searching
criteria.

database. Only practicing members who have requested that
they be listed online can be found here. If you cannot find
the doctor you are looking for, please call the Medical
